STROBE-nut lecture
This lecture introduces the Strengthening the reporting of observational studies in epidemiology-nutritional epidemiology (STROBE-nut) statement. It provides an overview of the reporting problem in nutrition epidemiology research, explains the importance of complete reporting, the development of STROBE-nut and provides an exercise to allow students to familiarize themselves with the application of the guidelines. The lecture aims at understanding reporting guidelines in nutrition and aims to increase exposure and familiarity, thus intention of use among students /early career researchers. This lecture is suitable to be taught in nutritional epidemiology modules at Bachelors and Masters’ level.
